Following on from the communication sent on October 29th - attached below -  regarding the tracking issues last Summer, you may have noticed that there are transactions still pending from July and August 2018. Sales that belong to Awin have now been validated and all pending sales that remain have been attributed to another marketing channel, therefore we will be removing these from the interface completely by the end of the month.

We would like to inform you that we experienced a few tracking issues on the Topshop programme from 3rd July – 9th August earlier this year whereby Awin were being passed sales that should have been attributed to other channels. As a result, you may notice a large of declines appear via your account once we attribute these sales correctly. 

However, it does appear that some sales attributed to Affiliates did not get passed back via Awin therefore these sales will be manually uploaded into the system. We aren’t able to retrieve the specific timestamp (hh:mm:ss) for each transaction therefore you will notice that all of these will be uploaded with the time of ‘03:00:00’ alongside the transaction date. 

Both Awin and Topshop have worked tirelessly to resolve this issue, so rest assured that information is now being passed back correctly and reflective of the reports that you can find on the Awin interface.
